We're grateful for your interest in joining the Anthrax Vaccine Network, and welcome your participation. As you probably are aware, there are folks who disagree intensely with the stance we have taken against the military's mandatory anthrax vaccine program, and who would like to undermine our efforts. Therefore, we ask that you fax, mail or e-mail the following requested information to us. You will receive a phone call to confirm that you are who you say you are, if we don't already know you; and we apologize for the inconvenience inherent in this procedure. You will be receiving information from us that is not available online.
Cost of membership:NO CHARGE - for anyone ill from the anthrax vaccine or ill from Gulf War Syndrome
$15 per year for individual
$20 per year for a family membership
$50/year for a corporate membership

On an ongoing basis:
- Free public relations and media relations assistance
- Anthrax Vaccine Network Newsletter, providing monthly calendar and upcoming events around which to plan promotions, activities, press relations, outreach, so that we can work on the same events and ideas in our individual communities at the same time across the country
- Free referral to other individuals who may assist service members with legal, financial or medical concerns in terms of dealing with the anthrax vaccine
- Free introduction on a 1:1 basis to other individuals, via e-mail or snail-mail, who may provide support and assistance, i.e., when two individuals who have both been vaccinated from the same lot containing squalene need to compare notes on symptoms and illnesses, and provide each other with resources and support.
- Free assistance with press releases, brochures, ad design and placement, and other outreach materials.
No mailing list will be given out to anyone for any reason, even to members;
No one's name or story will be used in the newsletter without his or her specific permission, in writing, submitted to the Anthrax Vaccine Network; nor will anyone’s name or identity be revealed to the press without that person’s consent.
